- In Page Properties, select the CoPA tab.
- Enter the park/forest ICSORG ID, Venue ID, and Event Venue Code Field. These are unique for each park/forest.
- Click Save & Close.
- Once back on the page, the Alerts Reference component will show all current alerts for the park/forest.
- If none display, there are none in the server. If any are added, they will automatically display.
- Both advisories and alerts from the server will display. Alerts appear in red under the "Danger" heading. Advisories appear in blue under the "Information" heading.
- Alerts will display on the page until they are removed from the server.
Configuring the Events Reference component
- The Events Reference component is not editable on the page. Instead, configure through Page Properties as described above for the Alerts Reference component.
- Once back on the page, the Events Reference component will show the 6 next events for the park/forest.
- If none display, there are none in the server. If any are added, they will automatically display.
- Events will display badges indicating if they are free, if they are in person, and if they are sold out.
- Users can click the arrow to find full event details on the DCNR events site.
- Events will display on the page until they have occurred. They will then disappear from the page.
- It is encouraged to add a link to the events.dcnr.pa.gov page for each park/forest, so users can see all upcoming events.
