    Overview

    The footer should appear at the bottom of every page throughout your web app or site.

    The footer includes:

    • A logo.
    • Space for up to 3 lists of links.
    • A banner with copyright details and policy links. 

    Usage

    When to use

    The footer is required on every page.

    When not to use

    The footer is required on all pages. It should never be removed.

    Accessibility

    • Use clear, descriptive link text.
    • Group similar links under a clear heading. This creates structure for screen readers.
