Other Tips
- Agency pages and Service Detail pages can relate to and reference each other, but should not be duplicates of each other. Service pages provide a program overview and an action to take. Agency pages provide additional context and historical information, not necessary for the user to take their step in completing a service.
- Side Navigation only shows three levels of pages below the agency parent folder. For example, Side Navigation would show parent folder "Governor," its child page "Governor Shapiro's Budget," its child page "2024 Budget," and its child page "Jan 2024." If "Jan 2024" had a child page, it would not show. Make sure to guide residents from page to page through Hero CTAs, Teasers, Lists, etc.
