How to add Page Cards to a Search Hub
- Navigate to the page or author a new page that you want to include in the search.
- Open the Page Properties. Check your specific Search Hub documentation for which properties and tags are required. Other fields are optional.
- Basic tab
- Tags field: Add the relevant tags.
- CoPA tab
- Date of Press Release field: author for Agency News Article only. It will be pulled from the Page Properties into the page's Hero and search result card
- Content Type field: Content Type is set automatically.
- If the page is created with Agency Detail – it should be set to agency-detail.
- If the page is created with Service Detail – it should be set to service-detail.
- If the page is an Agency News Article – it should be set to news.
- Agency field: Agency should be inherited based on the parent folder.
- Publish the page. It will display in your agency search and global PA.gov search, as well as other relevant Search Hubs.
Other tips
- Agency News Articles are pages. They will not display in Newsroom search without the date of press release added in Page Properties. Reference the Agency News Article user guide for more info.
