Getting Started with AEM

Reports Dashboard

Authors have access to a AEM reports in the authoring environment. The reports show pulls enterprise-wide or agency-specific data on pages and assets.

 

AEM reports are separate from Adobe Analytics. Contact Sapient for the links. It is recommended to bookmark the links for easy access.

Generating agency-specific reports

Reports Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the reports dashboard on Production environment. On the Sites hierarchy, navigate to CoPA PWP PAGov --> Home --> Reports.
  2. Open the page in View as Published mode.
  3. Select a report. It opens in a new tab.
  4. Folder dropdown varies for pages vs. assets.
    1. Page reports- Agency/Service Folder dropdown: Select your agency from the dropdown, specifying either Agency or Service pages.
    2. Asset reports- Asset Folder dropdown: Select your agency from the dropdown.
  5. Fill additional fields that display, depending on report type. Ex. date selector or time range dropdown.
  6. If the checkbox All Results appears, ignore- it should not be selected.
  7. Select Execute Report or Download Report.
    1. Execute Report: Report page will display first 200 results.
    2. Download Report: CSV file will download with all results.

Report types

Generating enterprise-wide reports

  1. Navigate to the Summary Reports page on Production environment. On the Sites hierarchy, navigate to CoPA PWP PAGov --> Home --> Reports --> Summary Reports.
  2. Open the page in View as Published mode.
  3. Under the dropdown Select Agency/Service folder to get results, select one of the enterprise options: Initiate - All PA Gov Pages, Initiate - All Agencies, or Initiate - All Services.
  4. A modal pops up notifying that report generation is in progress and will take 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes, select the relevant option from the dropdown: All PA Gov Pages, All Agencies, or All Services.
  6. The report summary will show the number of published pages, unpublished pages, and total pages.
